Randi Shinder, founder and CEO of Ottawa-based Fusion Brands Inc., has been named Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2007, Ontario region. She is one of only four to receive such national recognition in 2007. Shinder’s beauty business has grown significantly since its inception as a one-person operation in 2003.
